Wedding Options
 
A variety of package options are offered, as described below .  If you want something that isn't shown, or want us to create a special combination package for your wedding, just contact us.  We will make every effort to accomodate your needs, desires and to meet your budget, to create a lasting memory of that very special day.
Basic Wedding Package and Options:
 
Basic package – $1,400
  • Complete coverage of the wedding day activities, starting approximately one hour before the ceremony, through the central events of the day.  The Bride and Groom will receive a DVD with approximately 300-500 high resolution digital (jpeg) files of all photographs taken.  Selected photographs will be provided in a Premium Leather Bound Album (240 print capacity).  There could be more or less photographs depending on the events of the day.
Rehearsal coverage – $325
  • Coverage at the rehearsal to capture informal interactions of the event.  This option includes an album upgrade to 360 print capacity.

Duplicate CD/DVDs - $30

  • Duplicate CD/DVD with all photographs or Wedding Slide Show DVD.

Additional Premium Albums - $350

  • Duplicate of the Bride and Groom's Album with all photographs included.  (Must be ordered prior to processing.)

Duplicate set of all photograph prints - $175

  • Additional set of printed photographs to give out to family and friends.  (Must be ordered prior to processing.)

Coffee Table Book - $495

  • Hard cover book containing approximately 25-30 pages with 40-60 selected photographs creatively and artistically presented.  This will include both color and black and white photos, cropped, vignetted and manipulated to produce a unique heirloom.

Wedding Slide Show DVD - $495

  • Photographs in a Slide Show Album set to mysic of the couple's choice.  One to two hundred photographs are used along with two to four of the couple's favorite songs.

Bride and Groom Portrait - $150

  • A special sitting can be arranged or any of the wedding photographs can be used to produce an 11”x14” portrait, matted and framed to 16”x20”.

Formal Album - $995

  • Formal Leather Bound Album with 24 - 8"x10" prints selected from photographs.  Each print is custom printed on Ilford Smooth Pearl paper using non-fading inks and the latest software and techniques to produce a beautiful heirloom.

Double Photographer Coverage - $995

  • Two photographers will cover your wedding from different angles.  This results in more photographs and the album is upgraded to a 360 print album.

Thank You/Note Cards (100 cards w/ envelopes) - $195

  • Note cards with one or more photographs of your choice from all wedding photographs.  An inscription of your choice can be printed inside.  5" x 6-7/8" with matching envelope.

Enlargements or additional prints

  • Additional 4”x6” prints, after the processing is complete, are $3.00 each.  Prints larger than 4”x6” are custom printed from the negatives or high resolution digital files.  All prints larger than 4”x6” are printed on Ilford Smooth Pearl paper using non-fading inks.  See How To Order for details and prices.  Enlargements are made from the film negative or high resolution digital files.

 

  • Additional hours will be billed at the rate of $80 per hour, in half-hour increments.
  • Travel out of the Elmira/Horseheads area will be billed at the rate of $1.50 per mile.
  • 8% New York State Tax is added to the total, where applicable.
